The staff was quick to address any minor room issues, and I appreciated their willingness to ensure a comfortable experience overall.

I faced several annoyances during my stay. The reception's phone rang at 6am, waking me up with its loud tone, and the staff outside my room were far from quiet at that hour. I found the pool area to be poorly maintained. the loungers were muddy, crammed beneath overgrown trees.

Minor issues included some ants in the bathroom and a tiny bit of water damage in the room. Pricing felt higher than what was initially booked. a charming blend of comfort and tradition, just a short bus ride from Jaffna city center.

During my stay, I was impressed by the super friendly and warm staff, especially the Manager, Mr Wije. The breakfast was a delightful array of traditional vegetarian dishes, including homemade varieties, which I enjoyed thoroughly. The peaceful ambiance added to my relaxation.
